We went on vacation in India – Goa and Kerala – but first stayed five days in Mumbai for dental treatment.
Having found Dr. Turner and his colleagues on internet was a real stroke of luck!
We were utterly well taken care of! Being fetched up by taxi, helped with moving to a new hotel more nearby the clinic and all sorts of practical things to make our visit more easy in this unknown city as well as – and of course – the treatment itself.
Having made the mistake not to send x-rays in advance – although it had been asked for – the bad status of our teeth was a surprise for us. As we had not intended to stay in Mumbai for too long, the need of lots of treatment time in few days was very well solved and even included working on Sunday just for us!
We had root fillings and crowns done as well as ordinary fillings and a teeth cleaning more thoroughly done than ever. The whole treatment was done very gently and with more skill, care and accuracy than we had experienced before.
Although we had five intensive days and the crew was occupied with other patients apart from us, they never hesitated to sit down for a chat, offering tea and snacks and even Dr. Turner´s home made food!
Altogether a new and very positive dental treatment experience!
